Milwaukee's Lakefront Marathon app for iPhone and iPad

Milwaukees 34th Lakefront Marathon just went interactive, thanks to the new 2014 Lakefront Marathon app, designed by Milwaukee-based bSpatial LLC.

The new app, available at no costs on the iTunes store, offers a complete digital experience of all things runners and spectators need to know for the upcoming race weekend, including expo information, parking, and an interactive course map that highlights parking, and water stations.

Family and friends can use the interactive map to find water stations, key parking areas, traffic congestion and local restaurants. Spectators will also enjoy tabs within the app highlighting news from the race expo, the start and finish line.

For the Lakefront Marathon, the app is just one new aspect of the race designed to provide all participants with an unforgettable experience.

“Participants in the Lakefront Marathon have come to expect a runner friendly weekend, and now thanks to our app, spectators will have an interactive view of the course with the ability to track runners, all at no costs,” said Jon Mueller, Race Director.
